About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to lead our data center projects across Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the overall activities and achieving the agreed budgets, turnover, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the successful completion of projects in line with agreed quality and commercial plans to achieve targets within agreed timescales and cost constraints.
  • Work in conjunction with the Business Development team to ensure a professional, profitable, and successful bid is conducted, providing agreed levels of turnover and profit for the project.
  • Provide the appropriate Health and Safety leadership to ensure that the safety-first message is visible and alive throughout all activities relating to the project under their leadership.
  • Provide leadership for the project delivery team within the project in line with company standards and values, working to maximize the potential of the team and the individuals within them.
  • Provide input in the preparation of business plans and budgets based on the initial contract parameters and objectives, maintaining overall control for successful budgeting against agreed plans which maximizes profit opportunities.
  • Maintain positive relationships with the project customer through efficient delivery of projects with a view to optimizing future opportunities and profitability.

  • Cost control experience.
