Job Summary

The Real Estate Team Leader will be responsible for nurturing new sales opportunities and fostering an environment that embraces a consultative approach. This individual will work closely with our team to develop and execute high-level client strategies, leveraging their expertise in real estate and marketing channels to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business leads through innovative lead generation tools and social media opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a professional local brand to enhance the company brand and attract targeted connections and relationships.
  • Coordinate schedules and travel to optimize client meetings throughout the area.
  • Conduct business with the highest ethical and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to demonstrate the resources and expertise of New Street to clients during the sales process.
  • Execute high-level integrity and trust with both internal and external customers.
  • Advance qualified business leads from initial lead through to sales qualified through strategic touchpoints and the utilization of our custom Pilot Software.
  • Uncover the needs and objectives of prospective clients and work alongside senior management to develop overarching strategic sales direction for the pitch.
  • Synthesize large amounts of real estate data and information into a cohesive story for market updates and presentations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of all real estate service categories, including residential resale, pre-construction, builder marketing, builder sales, and mortgages.
  • Contribute to team marketing via authoring content.
  • Attend and participate in meetings.
Qualifications
  • High energy and a winning goal-oriented attitude.
  • 1+ years of previous real estate experience or new agent looking to gain experience via a 6-month training/shadowing program.
  • Strategic and creative thinking – must have the ability to contribute to the development of high-level client strategies as well as creative concepts.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Solid communicator – must be able to effectively communicate with authority and confidence, while building strong relationships with team members and prospective clients.
  • Detail-oriented multi-tasker – must have excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients at once.
  • Deadline-driven – must be able to meet tight deadlines and hold team members accountable to both internal and external deadlines.
  • Presentation experience – must have strong verbal and visual presentation skills to command a room and evoke trust amongst clients as well as tell a compelling story.
  • Unwavering work ethic – must have the passion to succeed, win new client pitches, and support the greater team.
Education/Training
  • 1+ years of previous real estate experience or new agent looking to gain experience via a 6-month training/shadowing program.
  • Experience/training using software, digital marketing, and social media is preferred.
Compensation
  • $80,000 - $750,000+, based on commissions and growth.
  • Diversified income sources through subsidiary businesses.
Work Environment
  • Monday to Friday.
  • On call.
  • Weekends as needed.
