Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Professional to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Licensed Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or defects, and perform repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Use advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques to identify and diagnose complex problems with vehicles, and develop effective solutions to resolve these issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to vehicle owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and effective vehicle repair and maintenance processes.
  • Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the automotive industry through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: High school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Ontario G Driver's License.
  • Experience and Skills: Four years of direct work experience in automotive repairs and service, with a strong understanding of different vehicles and their service needs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of power, machine, and hand tools, as well as electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
