Key Responsibilities- Repair and Maintenance Services: Perform repairs and maintenance services on vehicles following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify any malfunctions and perform the repair.
- Advanced Diagnostic Equipment: Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex problems.
- Customer Communication: Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers.
- Warranty and Compliance: Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs.
- Vehicle Inspection: Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Road Testing: Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and updates in automotive systems.
- Repair Order Management: Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Valid 310s License
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a licensed Automotive Technician (3+ years preferred).
- Product Knowledge: Strong product knowledge.
- Technical Skills: Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the latest automotive technology and advancements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Teamwork: Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
- Brand Experience: Brand experience preferred.
