About Us: Kepler Communications is a leading provider of satellite-based communication services. We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Commercial Growth to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Executive Director of Commercial Growth to lead our commercial strategy and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies, with a strong focus on sales growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Commercial Strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
  • Lead Commercial Team: Build and lead a high-performing commercial team, offering mentorship and growth opportunities.
  • Product Management: Develop a product strategy that aligns with company goals and market trends, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch support.
  • Marketing and Industry Analysis: Lead the development of marketing plans aimed at business growth, overseeing direct marketing activities and providing leadership in all marketing efforts.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Assess and mitigate risks related to commercial operations, pricing, contracts, and market fluctuations.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement systems to monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and financial targets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role with a proven track record of driving sales growth and market expansion in satellite communication or similar technology field.
  • Skills: Strong experience in developing and executing successful commercial strategies, marketing, mergers, acquisitions, and business development.
