Commercial Asset Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Asset Management Director to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of commercial asset management strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Commercial Asset Management Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive commercial asset management plans that align with the bank's overall business objectives.
- Lead Business Development Activities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Manage a Portfolio of Strategic Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial asset management strategies.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Market Trends and Emerging Technologies: Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation.
- Undergraduate Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or Related Field: A degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field is required, with a focus on commercial asset management, finance, or a related area.
- 5+ Years of Experience in Commercial Asset Management: A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial asset management, with a strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong Business Development and Client Relationship Management Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.
- Effective Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with clients, and drive business growth.
