We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Head of Business Development and Client Success. This is a unique opportunity to lead our business development efforts and drive growth through strategic partnerships and client success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Lead a team of business development professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high adoption and retention rates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other collaborative arrangements.
  • Develop and implement client success strategies to drive long-term revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business development strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client bases.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, with a strong track record of managing high-performing teams and developing talent.
  • Experience in the corporate learning and development space, with a deep understanding of the industry, its trends, and its challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with salesforce.com and other CRM systems, as well as data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business plans, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth.
