Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customer feedback is addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that inventory is maintained at optimal levels.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays and ensure that food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires standing for extended periods. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
