About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team at Healing Recovery Centre. This hybrid role involves mostly virtual work with occasional in-person appointments. The ideal candidate will practice from an anti-diet, weight-inclusive lens and support clients of all ages in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one nutrition counseling to individuals and families using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.
  • Offer virtual and in-person availability through our clinic located in Newmarket, Ontario.
  • Complete documentation, scheduling, and billing responsibilities in accordance with college and clinic requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members effectively.
  • Attend monthly team meetings and clinical supervision.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an undergraduate and post-graduate program accredited by Dietitians of Canada.
  • Member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
  • Maintain professional liability insurance.
  • Experience with supporting clients of all ages (pediatrics and adults) affected by eating disorders.
  • Commitment to anti-diet, weight-inclusive practices.
