- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, brokers, and distributors to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of consumer, competitor, and market trends to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Lead sales planning and operations, including demand planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Provide sales insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales management within the USA Natural Health or CPG industry.
- Previous experience managing USA Specialty, FDM, and Club customers.
- Sales planning experience and customer focus.
- Demonstrated experience in developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assimilate complex data and information.
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and well-organized.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of the business and external stakeholders.
