We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead the development and implementation of virtual health services at Fraser Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating new or redesigned virtual health services to support care improvement priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Virtual Health Service Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of virtual health services, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and provincial mandates.
- Provide Clinical Guidance: Offer expert clinical guidance and support to clinicians and clinical leadership on the application of virtual health practices.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clinical teams, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of virtual health services and optimal design and use of virtual care practices, workflows, and service models.
- Advise on Virtual Health Implementation: Provide strategic advice to clinical leaders on the assessment of impacts of incorporating virtual health into service delivery, from an organizational, operational, workforce, and systems perspective.
- Participate in Virtual Health Communities: Engage with virtual health communities of practice to develop, implement, and evaluate virtual health standards, competencies, and clinical tools.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health Science, or a relevant clinical discipline.
- Seven years of recent related clinical experience in a healthcare environment, including five years of experience in managing and leading program development and/or quality improvement initiatives.
- Preferred candidates will have recent experience in a clinical operation leadership role within a clinical area or program and change management training.
