Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Casual Locum in Virtual Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care through video consultations, leveraging your expertise to support patients across Primary Care, Virtual Health, and Urgent Primary Care Centre sites within the Fraser Health Region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients
- Prescribe medications and therapies as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current practicing registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Recent relevant clinical nursing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
