Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Newmont Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Full Potential program at our mine site, including training, external expenses, operational technologies, and organizational insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Full Potential program at the mine site, including training, external expenses, operational technologies, and organizational insights.
  • Provide guidance and support to project leaders on project tracking and reporting tools.
  • Support site activity planning and coordination.
  • Provide cost and productivity insights to site leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with commercial and technical personnel.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in English communication skills.
  • 10-15 years of combined experience in a mining environment.
  • Experience in facilitating meetings and workshops for small and large groups, with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in change management, including stakeholder management.
  • Experience in leadership and supervision, with a proven ability to generate results through others.
  • Experience in producing presentations and reports, with a proven ability to effectively use Microsoft Office.
Work Environment
  • 8-day work cycle and 6-day rest cycle, or 4-day work cycle and 3-day rest cycle.
  • Position is based on-site.
