About the Role

Aberdeen Market is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our trade and broadcasting division. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating regional operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial and administrative controls to ensure the organization's financial health and stability
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to lead our teams
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring our interests are represented
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the trade and broadcasting industry
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
