Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team.

Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative matters of the company, reporting to the CEO, and providing timely and accurate financial information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Company's operational plan and strategic business plan with the executive management team.
  • Manage the accounting, hedging, tax, insurance, audit, budget, and credit and treasury functions.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance staff in the organization.
  • Lead the budgeting and auditing processes for the company.
  • Provide the primary financial interface in support of the CEO to banking institutions and other outside interested parties.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, including plant/cost accounting experience, and have managed a finance department and directed all activities involved in financial stewardship.
