Senior Environmental Technician

WSP Canada is seeking a dedicated Senior Environmental Technician to engage in diverse projects focused on contaminated sites. Key responsibilities encompass:
  • Conducting soil and water sampling.
  • Supervising environmental drilling operations.
  • Overseeing site rehabilitation processes.
  • Monitoring groundwater and biogas levels.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Providing mentorship to junior staff.
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a relevant DEC or engineering degree, a minimum of 6 years of experience in the environmental sector, and geotechnical expertise is advantageous. Additionally, candidates must hold an ASP Construction card, a valid driver's license, and bilingualism is considered an asset.
