Role Overview- Support the Banquet and Catering department in driving both reactive and proactive sales initiatives, with a particular emphasis on social gatherings and events with limited room requirements.
- Play a key role in achieving financial targets and enhancing the overall performance of the Sales & Marketing division.
- Assist in managing administrative tasks throughout the pre-event and post-event stages, while providing support during events to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize revenue potential through effective upselling techniques and precise event forecasting.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a strong ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Familiarity with midscale and economy service standards, along with an understanding of guest expectations in these segments.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills and a solid grasp of computer applications.
- A proactive and well-organized individual, capable of taking initiative and managing multiple tasks effectively.
