Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Chocolats Favoris. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve their skills
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
- Recruit and train staff to ensure a high-quality service
- Supervise staff and ensure that they are following company policies and procedures
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews to assess staff performance and identify areas for improvement
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience
- 5-10 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
