About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a highly skilled Autosys/Caching L3 support engineer to join our global team. As a key member of our infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our firm's infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for our infrastructure, including Autosys/Caching systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, L2 support team, and vendors to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop tooling and self-service capabilities to enhance support exposure.
  • Work with developers and infrastructure teams to enhance support exposure.
  • Participate in on-call support on a rotational basis, including weekends.
Requirements
  • Sound experience in on-prem infrastructure (Terraform) and cloud service providers (Azure/AWS).
  • Experience in distributed data cache (e.g., Redis, Hazelcast) or job scheduler (e.g., Autosys, Airflow).
  • Proficiency in Linux command line and debugging tools.
  • Experience of working with teams using scrum, Kanban, or other agile practices.
  • Desired skills include hands-on years of L3 experience in Azure and/or AWS, and proficiency in writing comprehensive unit tests.
