Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures for team efficiency.
- Perform duties similar to those of supervised staff.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on operations.
- Assign, review, and oversee work tasks.
- Hire and train new staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Maintain the functionality of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as necessary to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Requisition necessary materials and supplies for operations.
Supervision
Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.
