Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Recruit, train, and develop top talent to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve company objectives and KPI goals
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive store culture

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment
  • Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and commit to creating an amazing customer experience
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $50,000 (salary may be greater based on relevant experience)
