Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by leading a team of store employees and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Develop and implement effective store operations and merchandising strategies
- Provide personalized and professional advice to customers on products and services
- Manage and maintain store inventory and materials
- Protect company assets and improve profitability by developing and implementing security and safety programs
- Pursue succession planning to ensure that employees are constantly developed to fill each needed role
- Understand and support store operations, policies, and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
