Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Develop and implement effective store operations and merchandising strategies
  • Provide personalized and professional advice to customers on products and services
  • Manage and maintain store inventory and materials
  • Protect company assets and improve profitability by developing and implementing security and safety programs
  • Pursue succession planning to ensure that employees are constantly developed to fill each needed role
  • Understand and support store operations, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
