**Job Summary**

Kings Energy Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Journeyman Electrician - Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of our work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Supervise and mentor junior electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement electrical plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
  • Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve electrical operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an industrial journeyman electrician, with a strong background in modular building and oil and gas projects.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex electrical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
