**Job Summary:**

Kings Energy Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Journeyman Electrician to join our team as a Foreman. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise and mentor junior electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement electrical project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure all electrical work is completed in accordance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to ensure the team is equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience as an Industrial Journeyman Electrician, with a strong background in modular building and oil and gas projects.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing electrical projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex electrical issues.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
