- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to meet customer demand.

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food to ensure high-quality service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Quality Control and Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing customer complaints or concerns.
- Administrative Tasks

- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
