Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Flame + Smith. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and flexibility among staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in food service management an asset
- Criminal record check required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
