Corporate Training Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs to support the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
- Design and deliver training programs, including online modules, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including instructional guides, user manuals, and presentation materials.
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a training or instructional design role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other learning management systems.
- Experience working in a corporate or healthcare setting.
- Certification in instructional design or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and theories.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
