Job Title: Lead Corporate Trainer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Corporate Trainer to join our team at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). As a Lead Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customized workshops for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our corporate clients.
  • Work closely with our faculty and staff to develop and implement new training programs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to instructors to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our training programs to corporate clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on corporate training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
