About the Role

Finnings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our Aftermarket Product and Services Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our market share.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, and provide insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and be able to communicate their value and benefits to customers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the aftermarket industry.

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy development.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
