Job Title: Manager of Mass and Product Marketing Strategy

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of mass advertising campaigns and new product launches for our retail investments products and plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for mass advertising campaigns and new product launches, working closely with internal and external creative agencies.
  • Manage the creative development process, including positioning, writing briefs, and reviewing media plans.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to deliver against marketing strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including Business Lines, Journey Management, and Enterprise Growth Marketing.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign KPIs, optimizing strategies to drive results.
Requirements:
  • University degree in marketing, communications, or business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant marketing and/or account management agency experience in mass creative advertising channels.
  • Experience managing projects in a large/matrix organization is an asset.
  • Strong research, analytical, and interpretation skills to develop new strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on milestones and deadlines.
  • Ability to translate client needs into marketing plans and stay current with creative marketing best practices.
