Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning: Assist in preparing annual budgets to ensure effective financial management.
- Research and Development: Conduct research to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Staff Management: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
