Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Tribe Holding Company Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Assist in preparing annual budgets and ensure effective financial management.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
