Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Coating Machine Operator to join our team at Midwest Coatings. As a Coating Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining coating equipment to ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Coating Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate coating machines to apply protective or decorative coatings to various products.
  • Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on coating equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Prepare Coatings: Prepare and mix metallizing solutions according to formulas or specifications to ensure consistent coating quality.
  • Inspect Products: Inspect coated products for quality and accuracy, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with production team members to ensure smooth production processes and meet production targets.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in coating machine operation or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate, Overhead Crane Certification, and WHMIS Certificate required.
