Position Overview:

JobCart Inc is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Systems Manager. This position mandates IATF Certification (International Automotive Task Force) along with ISO 9001/2015 Certification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure adherence to industry standards, performing internal audits, and spearheading quality assurance initiatives.

Job Title: Systems Manager

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Work Schedule: Day shifts

Note: This position is not suitable for students.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Possession of IATF Certification (International Automotive Task Force)
  • ISO 9001/2015 Certification is required
  • Demonstrated experience in quality management, particularly within the automotive sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies.
  • Proficient internal auditing skills with relevant training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with IATF Certification and ISO 9001/2015 standards.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address identified non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff on quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
  • Engage with external auditors and certification bodies to maintain certification status and address any audit findings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing and resolving quality-related issues.
