Job Overview

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and assets. You will be responsible for shipping and receiving assets, managing inventory, and coordinating maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the shipping and receiving of assets, parts, and tooling to support project execution.
  • Manage the inventory of assets and ensure accurate tracking and maintenance records.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling certifications and repairs.
  • Assist in the development of procedures and best practices for asset management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
