Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff
  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, and equipment replacement
  • Assist maintenance staff in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
  • Permanent full-time position
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language required
