Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for positioning our company as the service leader by exceeding customer expectations and providing professional point-of-service contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceed customer expectations by providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Continuously improve sales processes and procedures to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Requirements
  • College diploma or 3 years of relevant Inside Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Fluent in Canadian English
