Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Mobile Squad. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical documentation and resources to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new applications and software.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Provide technical support for business systems, networks, and internet services.
  • Configure and set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
