Position Overview

As a Home Health Care Worker at Carelink Home Care Inc., you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This permanent position offers a full-time schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week and requires a commitment to providing exceptional care.

Work Environment

The role is set in a non-smoking environment, with responsibilities carried out in various locations, primarily within the clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing and hygiene.
  • Administer medications and manage bedside care.
  • Assist clients with mobility and exercise, including walking and water activities.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering therapeutic diets.
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Care for pets as needed.
  • Conduct regular health checks and collect specimens.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess the following certifications:

  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
