Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at Skycope Technologies Inc. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
