About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and editing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Google Docs.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
