Role Responsibilities:

As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with administrative tasks during periods of staff absence or vacancy.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and assigned committees.
  • Providing guidance and support to Health Care Aides and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates should possess:

  • Some post-secondary education.
  • A diploma or degree in business administration, public health, or community health.
  • Experience in customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant IT platforms, including Connect Care, MS Word, and Excel.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following will be considered an asset:

  • Experience in long-term care or home care settings.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with seniors and scheduling client appointments.
