Job Title: Contact Centre Representative I

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Contact Centre Representative I to join our team at Mass Markets. As a Contact Centre Representative I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
