Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Representative I. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product and service information to customers, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities as needed
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
