Job Overview:The Overnight Shift Supervisor plays a critical role in leading our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, creating a positive and vibrant in-store atmosphere, and maintaining store appearance and product presentation to company standards.
This role requires a strong leader who can supervise staff, assist guests, deliver high-quality customer service, manage cash and inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities:- Community Building: Foster positive relationships with customers, creating a sense of community and belonging.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the Accoravillage brand in a professional and positive manner, promoting our values and mission.
- In-Store Experience: Create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
- Compliance and Education: Maintain a high level of knowledge on company standards, regulations, and best practices, providing education and support to team members.
- Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Store Performance: Drive store performance by understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives set by management.
- Opening and Closing Duties: Perform opening and closing duties, including float counting, POS system management, and end-of-night reporting.
- Customer Delivery: Deliver cannabis products to customers who have ordered through our online system.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Passion for Community: Share a passion for building community and promoting a positive image of our brand.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Cannabis Certification: Provincial cannabis certification.
- Hospitality: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
