About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. in Mississauga, Ontario. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our lubricants plant, while also promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of operators to ensure safe and efficient plant operations
  • Monitor and optimize production processes to meet quality and efficiency targets
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve plant performance
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 10 years of industrial operational experience in a petrochemical or refining facility
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High School Diploma required, Post-Secondary Education preferred
