About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Aptech Employment Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Train, Direct, and Motivate Staff: Lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our employment agency services and attract new clients.
  • Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Manage and oversee the budget for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Direct and Advise Staff: Provide guidance and support to staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
  • Plan, Administer, and Control Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Plan, Develop, and Organize Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain policies and procedures for our employment agency to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Represent the Company: Act as a representative of Aptech Employment Ltd. in various economic and social organizations to promote our services and build relationships.
  • Assign, Coordinate, and Review Projects and Programs: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects and programs to ensure they meet business objectives.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people.
