Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Job Posting: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Applicant Screening: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
  • Employment Advice: Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Interview Coordination: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and notify applicants of results.
  • Staffing Policies: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit and hire staff to meet the company's staffing needs.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, and team player.
