About the Role

MADHOK EMPLOYMENT LTD is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and preparing and posting notices and advertisements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Recruitment: Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Applicant Screening: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
  • Employment Advice: Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Interview Coordination: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and notify applicants of results of the selection process.
  • Job Offer Preparation: Prepare job offers and advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in recruitment or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, and a team player.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
