Job Overview:
Join Southlake Regional Health Center as a Senior Business Analyst within the Finance Department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering financial insights and analytical solutions to support various departments across the organization. Your expertise in accounting and analytical methodologies will be essential in enhancing service delivery to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure precise financial and statistical reporting in line with established timelines.
  • Perform comprehensive analyses of budgetary data, generate reports, and offer insights to illuminate significant findings.
  • Support process optimization and the implementation of internal controls.
  • Create tailored reports and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
  • Utilize accounting principles to accurately document financial outcomes.
  • Spearhead financial planning and modeling initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate intricate financial matters to a varied audience.
  • Provide financial guidance to programs and departments as a Finance Business Partner.
  • Evaluate budget and utilization discrepancies.
  • Enhance revenue streams and assist in growth strategies.
  • Prepare essential financial documents and reports for the Ministry.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial or clinical analysis.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving acumen.
  • Proficient in financial reporting and budgeting processes.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to interpret and convey complex financial information.
  • Dedication to customer service and collaborative teamwork.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

Educational Requirements:

  • Degree in accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) is preferred.
